To all Residents,

Residential Theft – Condo Units

Numerous thefts and attempts have occurred at Cours du Canal Lachine, Cours Charlevoix, blut also at the Bief des Seigneurs, the Condo Saint-Rémi, etc.

We believe that the thieves plan in advance their retrieval. They either claim to be Canada post employees delivering to a neighbour which is not the case. In case of doubt, do not open the door.

We strongly recommend in that order,

• that you change all locks that can be picked (ALMET, etc) by lock that are less prone to picking, such as MEDECO, ABLOY, Mul-T-Lock, and,
• ideally that you suscribe to an alarm service.
